In the United Arab Emirates, a man files a lawsuit after a collision involving five vehicles.

After suffering a lasting impairment as a result of the accident, an Egyptian man has filed a lawsuit against a female driver who was responsible for causing a five-car pileup, seeking compensation in the amount of Dh1 million.

The management position holder filed a civil compensation claim with the Sharjah Civil Court. He was seeking compensation for his mental, financial, physical, and medical damages.

A fine of 1,000 dirhams in the UAE is a penalty for reckless driving.

In the United Arab Emirates, the penalty for driving recklessly is a fine of one thousand dirhams.

The Sharjah Traffic Court handed down its verdict earlier this week, finding the Emirati woman guilty of driving recklessly and inattentively, as well as causing an accident. After she entered a guilty plea, the court imposed a fine of one thousand dirhams on her and directed the civil complaint to the appropriate court.

On Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the accident occurred when the defendant inattentively and unlawfully drove off from the extreme right lane to the left and collided with a car to her left, as stated by traffic authorities and witnesses. The accident occurred when the defendant was driving. The initial incident led to the engagement of four additional vehicles in a pile-up. The victim was located in the third vehicle.

During the course of the litigation, the manager's attorney, Hani Hammouda Hagag, stated that his client suffered a shoulder injury that rendered him unable to perform some tasks. He is unable to take any weight or move his left shoulder in the correct manner, according to the lawsuit, which stated that his movement has become "impeded."

In the documents that the attorney submitted to the court, he presented medical papers that supported the assertion that his client had undergone surgery on his left shoulder in March, not long after the accident. The medical report described his injury as a "closed dislocation of the left acromioclavicular joint".

As a result of the injury, the Egyptian experienced discomfort and restricted movement in his left shoulder. The examination findings diagnosed him with a dislocation of the left acromioclavicular joint, necessitating surgery. The medical report confirmed the doctors' work by repairing his shoulder with plates and screws.

Because of the injury, my client is unable to perform his job duties with his left shoulder. He has endured mental and bodily suffering, as well as substantial medical expenditures. In accordance with Article 292 of the Civil Transactions Law, the claimant is entitled to get compensation for the financial, medical, mental, and moral damages that he has sustained, according to the attorney Hagag.

In the near future, there will most likely be a hearing.
