Out of compassion, Al Shamsi strongly recommended that the general public avoid interacting with people who are allegedly beggars. They were advised to call the number 901 or use the 'Police Eye' service on the Dubai Police smart app in order to report any criminal activity or begging that they discovered. He emphasized that donations should be given to charity institutions that are registered and reputable in order to guarantee that their contributions will be sent to those who are in need and not to questionable persons or groups.
