Emirates Airlines launches flights to 9 new destinations

Emirates Airlines today revealed the first group of destinations that will be served by its new Airbus A350 aircraft, which will enter service in September 2024.

The sources reported that 10 new A350 aircraft are expected to join the Emirates fleet until March 31, 2025, and the carrier intends to deploy these new aircraft to serve 9 destinations in the coming months, and also offers customers the latest distinctive cabin experiences.

The sources explained that the first ten aircraft will be divided into three classes, including 32 new-generation seats in business class, 21 seats in premium economy class, and 259 seats in economy class, Emirates has allocated all of these aircraft to serve short- and medium-range flights within its network of destinations which will begin with a trip to Bahrain.

The sources continued that with the entry of the new A350 model into service, it reflects Emirates Airlines’ keenness to create a new opportunity to experience the premium economy class for its customers, and the new generation of the business class cabin for the first time, on short and medium-range flights in the Middle East, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and the Western region, Asia and Europe.

Adnan Kazim, Vice President, said that the new A350 to the Emirates fleet contributes to changing the rules of the game, as the A350 embodies Emirates’ long-term commitment to investing in providing the best customer experience in the air, due to the features it provides, including the latest generation of cabin products , such as premium economy class, advanced inflight entertainment technologies, in addition to many other features that customers prefer.

Emirates Airlines will operate the new aircraft to the following destinations: the Middle East / Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and Bahrain via the daily flight “EK 839/840” starting September 15, and the number of aircraft flights to Bahrain is scheduled to gradually increase to reach Two flights, the second flight will begin on November 1, while the Kuwait flight will be on board “EK 853/854” on September 16, and the Muscat flight will be on board “EK 866/867” starting on December 1. the first).
