For UAE Golden Visa processing, foreigners can acquire a multi-entry permission. The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP) website says anyone can apply for the permit in five steps.

Foreign talent can live, work, and study in the UAE with the Golden Visa.

This service, part of ICP's smart channels, provides a 6-month entry permit that can be extended to allow 10-year residency formalities.

Multiple entry permit for Golden Visa application in UAE

The following groups can apply:

1. Brilliant scientists and specialists

Public investors

3. Property investors

4. Entrepreneurs

5. UAE high school toppers

UAE-accredited university graduates

7. Foreign graduates and frontline workers.

Following are Golden Visa requirements for different categories.

Doctors, scientists, athletes, innovators, artists, scientists, executive directors, PhD degree holders, and humanitarian pioneers are eligible for Golden Residency for Outstanding Specialised Talents.

Doctors and scientists must present a Ministry of Health-UAE letter to practise medicine.

Athletes: Provide a reference letter from the General Sports Authority or a Sports Council.

Inventors: Ministry of Economy recommendation letter required.

Creative people: Applicants must submit a letter from the relevant emirate's Department of Culture and Arts.

Executive Directors must present a confirmed university degree, a pay certificate (at least Dh30,000), a work contract, and a minimum 5-year experience certificate.

Doctoral degree holders must submit a verified Ministry of Education PhD certificate in one of the priority disciplines.

All categories must supply a passport copy and health insurance.

Dubai announces 10-year residency Golden Visa in UAE.. Follow the details

A humanitarian pioneer should be one of the following:

- Five-year worldwide and regional organisation employees or excellent personnel.

- Outstanding employees or civil society members for at least five years.

- Humanitarian organisations' prize recipients.

- Given to exceptional humanitarian volunteers with five years or 500 hours of service.

Humanitarian donors provide at least Dh2 million.

The authorities and Ministry agree on all other humanitarian operations.

Ministers can nominate humanitarian pioneers.

University degree.

- Meeting other ministry standards.

Public investors

- A letter from a UAE-accredited investment fund saying the investor has a Dh2 million deposit.

- Or a valid commercial or industrial licence and an association memorandum showing the investor's capital is at least Dh2 million.

- Or a Dh2 million capital partner in a company.

- Or a document from the Federal Tax Authority certifying that the investor pays Dh250,000 annually.

- Or provide a document from the Federal Tax Authority confirming that he is a partner in an establishment that pays government taxes and his share is at least Dh250,000 annually.

Realty investors

- Provide a document from the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation of the relevant emirate confirming that he owns one or more properties worth at least Dh2 million and is not indebted.

- Home ownership/rental deal.

Entrepreneurs

A letter from a UAE auditor confirming that the project value is at least Dh500,000 (project owner).

- Provide a document from the emirate authorities confirming that the project is technical or futuristic and led by the owner.

- Get a letter from a UAE-accredited business incubator to start the project.

Valid passport copy.

Health coverage.

- Home ownership/rental deal.

UAE high school toppers

- Public or private school grades of 95% or higher.

Ministry of Education recommendation letter.

UAE-accredited university graduates

- A university recommendation letter with a minimum 3.8 GPA.

- Two years max after graduating.

Foreign university graduates

- The Ministry of Education-approved international categorization should rank the university among the top 100 worldwide.

Bachelors must have a 3.5 GPA.

- Two years max after graduating.

Education Ministry-approved certificate.

Frontline staff

Nurses, medical assistants, lab technicians, pharmacologists, and other Frontline Heroes Office-approved personnel are frontline heroes.

ICP stated on its website that returned applications with missing data or incomplete documentation will be immediately terminated after 30 days.

If the application is returned three times for missing data or missing documents, it will be cancelled.

The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security only refunds issuing fees if the application is refused.
