One can obtain the SIM using MoHRE's online services, business service centres, and guidance centres.
The Happiness SIM, which provides exclusive benefits to blue-collar workers at nominal charges, was launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) in collaboration with du, a division of the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC).
In order to issue or renew labour contracts, the SIM can be obtained by going to business service centres, assistance centres, or by using the internet services provided by MoHRE. It provides free data for six months and cheap international call prices. Important notifications will also be sent to SIM holders by MoHRE.
