Emirates announces new jobs in the cabin crew

Open days are being held all throughout the country by Emirates in order to meet potential candidates for the airline's cabin crew positions.

Emirates is continuing to experience excellent passenger bookings from Australia, with high demand across all of its cabins, including its recently launched Premium Economy service. This is what prompted the airline to launch its recruiting campaign.

Emirates has stated that it is searching for people who are passionate about providing basic yet personalised and exquisite hospitality to its clients while also creating moments that customers will remember forever.

Specifications and educational prerequisites

According to a statement that was emailed to AeroTime by Emirates, the company's recruitment team is searching for people who are fluent in written and spoken English and have at least one year of experience working in hospitality or customer service. After selection, training will be conducted at the Emirates Aviation College in Dubai, which specialises in cabin crew training.

During the safety and emergency procedures training, new recruits will learn leadership and life-saving skills, essential first aid during the group medical training, observational skills and industry insights during the security sessions, skincare, nutrition, and wellbeing advice during the image and uniform training, and an insight into the pillars of hospitality and onboard food and beverage offering during the service training.

The advantages of working with Emirates.

A respectable wage that is exempt from taxes, flying pay, eligibility for profit share, and reimbursement for hotel and stopover fees are all offered by Emirates.

Cabin crew members are eligible for benefits such as yearly leave, an annual leave ticket, and significant discounts on airline tickets for themselves, their dependents, extended family members, and friends, allowing them to travel with one another or independently.

In addition, Emirates provides its employees with a fully equipped living space, transportation to and from the workplace, a laundry service, and medical, life, and dental insurance coverage.

"At Emirates, we are happy to assist the career development of our Cabin Crew from the first day they step foot on board, all the way through their progression into Premium Economy, Business Class, First Class, or even as a Purser or Cabin Crew Trainer. This begins with the opportunity to gain experience in Premium Economy. According to Rania Kamel, a recruitment partner at Emirates, who spoke with AeroTime, "allowing the development of our talent is a priority here at Emirates, and the possibilities are endless for those who are enthusiastic, passionate, and genuinely care for our customers."

Australian open days

The months of June and July 2023 will be filled with open days hosted by Emirates all around Australia.

Candidates are encouraged to pre-register, however the open day will also allow walk-in applications from candidates who have not previously registered online.

Candidates will be expected to arrive with plans to spend the entire day present at the site. Candidates who have been selected for further consideration will receive information on the times and locations of subsequent assessments and interviews on the same day. Every applicant is required to present a current curriculum vitae (CV) written in English as well as a recent photograph of themselves.
