In 2024, the Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi will implement systems for the installment payment of traffic fines.

The Integrated Transport Centre in Abu Dhabi offers residents a streamlined payment service.

The transport department of Abu Dhabi has introduced a "easy payment" system that enables clients to make installment payments for penalties.

The Department of Municipalities and Transport's Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) announced on Monday that this service is available to credit cardholders of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and Emirates Islamic Bank. ITC intends to incorporate an additional number of institutions by the initial six months of 2024.

The service enables clients to remit ITC penalties in multiple installments, each of which must have a minimum combined value of Dh3,000. Customers have the option to access this service via the Customer Happiness Centres located at the administrative centers of Abu Dhabi City Municipality and Al Ain City Municipality, as well ؤas through TAMM service centres.

In 2024, Abu Dhabi introduces novel services for the installment payment of traffic penalties.

Automobilists have the option to settle their accrued fines by means of installment payments distributed over a specified period of time, including three, six, nine, or twelve months, with no accrual of interest or profit.

Customers may utilize this service by remitting penalties at one of the aforementioned locations via credit card. Subsequently, the cardholder is obligated to initiate communication with the financial institution that issued the credit card in order to facilitate installment payments for the specified duration.

The ITC asserts that the service reaffirms its commitment to streamlining payment procedures and offering flexible payment plans, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and bolstering Abu Dhabi's standing as a prominent global hub for investment and residence.
