Of them, 70,000 joined in the last two and a half years after my brother, the President of the State, launched the Nafes program with generous support amounting to 24 billion dirhams and the launch of many legislations that support and stimulate Emiratisation in the private sector and accelerated economic growth in our country.”

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid added: “In the Council of Ministers, we adopted a new policy by giving employment preference in the government sector to those with 3 years of private sector experience.”

The Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai continued: “Our appreciation and thanks to the work team at Nafs and the Ministry of Emiratisation and Human Resources, which my brother Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed is following up on this important national file...”
