According to Dubai Airports, it is recommended that visitors spend additional time to reach Dubai Airport and make use of the metro wherever feasible. It is worth mentioning that the operation hours of the metro have been extended until three in the morning.

According to a spokesperson from Flydubai, diligent efforts are being made to mitigate any potential disruptions to the travel plans of passengers, and effective coordination is being established with all relevant stakeholders at the airport. The weather conditions will be continuously monitored, and it is recommended that passengers arrive at the airport well in advance of their scheduled flight times. On April 16 and 17, the carrier provided a series of recommendations to travelers, which included the recommendation to arrive at the airport at least four hours in advance and to monitor the flight status on the carrier's website.

They elaborated that travelers can optimize their time at the airport by utilizing the recently introduced self-service kiosks located in Terminal 2.
