The United Arab Emirates makes a determination on the acquisition of a tourist visa, entrance visa, or resident permit.
Foreign nationals who are interested in traveling to the United Arab Emirates have been extended an invitation by the Digital Government of the UAE to submit their applications for an entry visa or tourism visa through four official digital channels.
"smart channels for residence and citizenship (E-channels), the website of the General Directorate of residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai, the application of the federal authority for identity, citizenship, Customs and port security on the Google Store or Apple Store, and the Dubai application now on the Google Store or Apple Store," she explained. These digital channels can be applied for by applying for an entry permit or a residence permit.
Submit an application for a visa or entry permit directly
it went on to say that an application for a visa or entry permit can be submitted directly through printing offices that are registered with the federal authority for identity, citizenship, Customs and port security or printing offices that are accredited with the General Directorate of residency and Foreigners Affairs - Dubai. The Printing Office is the one that handles the application procedures, and once the application is approved, the applicant is given a letter of approval as well as the original entry permit.

When planning to travel outside of the UAE, nationals and residents of the UAE are required to adhere to five steps that have been established by the UAE Digital Government. These procedures are designed to prevent any potential problems before the trip.
According to the information provided, these procedures consist of "inquiring about the existence of a travel ban and financial issues, verifying the type and validity of the passport, determining the visa requirements for the country you want to travel to, reviewing the important instructions provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and reviewing the local laws of the country you want to go to."
