6- Residency is granted annually upon parental sponsorship, regardless of the duration of the visa, in addition to salary requirements according to the Immigration Department in the UAE.
7- The resident cannot sponsor his daughter if she is married.
8- Residents of the UAE can sponsor their child until they reach the age of 25, and if the son is a person of determination, he can be sponsored with a family residency visa without restrictions regarding age.
9- The conditions for sponsoring children and family residents in the Emirates vary according to each emirate, as these conditions differ according to each immigration department for each emirate. For example, the resident must pay a deposit for each child, and their residence visa in the Emirates is valid for one year, subject to renewal.
Documents required to sponsor the wife and children in the UAE
1- Print the application form to sponsor a wife and children, whether through a printing office or online.
2- Copies of the passport of the wife and children.
3- Personal photos of the wife and children with a white background.
4- Medical clearance certificate for the wife and children over 18 years old.
5- A salary certificate from the employer of the resident in the Emirates, in addition to a copy of the employment contract with the sponsor or with the company.
