Conditions for Bringing your spouse to the UAE For residents
The government clarified everything related to the conditions for Bringing your spouse wife to the UAE for residents, which are the following 8 conditions:
1- The residence visa is requested either through licensed printing offices in the UAE, or through the online residence visa application.
2- A copy of the travel passport of the sponsor and those sponsored, which includes the wife and children of the person residing in the UAE.
3- A photograph of the children and wife, provided that it is with a white background.
4- A health fitness certificate for the wife and children upon reaching the age of 18 years.
5- A copy of the employment contract for the spouse residing in the UAE, or the company contract if the resident is the employer himself.
6- The residence permit of the resident in the UAE must be valid.
7- Husband’s salary certificate in the UAE.
8- The lease contract for the husband’s residence in the UAE, which must be notarized.
Conditions for issuing a residency permit for a newborn child in the UAE
The government in the United Arab Emirates explained the possibility of issuing a residency permit for a newborn child in the UAE.
The procedures announced by the government include the necessity of submitting an addition application form, accompanied by a copy of the child’s birth certificate, within a period of 120 days from the date of his birth.
Fees for issuing residency for the wife and children in the UAE
- Application fee: 100 AED.
- Issuance fees: 100 AED for each year.
- Electronic services: 150 AED.
