The United Arab Emirates (UAE) provides a bonus to some state employees.
As the Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed has given his approval to the Dh152 million incentive that will be given to government employees in the emirate.
A statement issued by the Dubai Government Media Office
According to a statement released by the Dubai Government Media Office, Sheikh Hamdan stated that the payout demonstrated Dubai's commitment to cultivating an atmosphere that encourages people to be creative and committed to their work.
He further stated that "such efforts contribute significantly to consolidating Dubai’s developmental journey and enhancing its position as the world’s best city to work and live in" .
Allocating 152 million dirhams in incentives for distinguished employees
"Sheikh Hamdan stated that we have authorized the allocation of Dh152 million in performance-based incentives to outstanding employees. This decision is in line with the Dubai Government's objective to nurture human talent, encourage creativity and innovation, and empower individuals to execute their innovative ideas."
