The biohealth group, which is the largest healthcare group in the Middle East, has announced that it will be extending the opening hours of its centers in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain during the week.
This move is in accordance with the company's commitment to providing a health experience that is both seamless and accessible to all individuals residing in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The goal of extending working hours
The purpose of extending working hours in health centers and dental clinics that provide outpatient treatment services is to enhance the positive experience and level of satisfaction that patients have with these facilities.
Places to extend working hours
The dental centers in Al Dhafra, Mafraq, and Al Ain, as well as the health centers in Al Bateen, Al Falah, Al Maqta, Khalifa City, Mohammed bin Zayed City, Al Shamkha, Al Jahli, and Al Muwaiji, all began operating on January 6. Every Saturday from ten in the morning until six in the evening, the Al-Mushrif and Al-tawiya specialized centers for children, as well as the Zaafarana and Oud Al-tawbah Centers for complete diagnosis and evaluation, will be open for business.
Furthermore, the health centers that are open on Saturdays, namely Bahia, Baniyas, Al Hili, Al Yahr, and Naama, will extend their hours of operation to ten in the morning until six in the evening. In addition, the Al Maqam Health Center in Al Ain will be open on Sundays from 10 am to 6 pm, however it will be closed on Saturdays.
Improving health care services
Dr. Asma al-halsah, who serves as the executive director of outpatient therapeutic services, made the following statement: "outpatient therapeutic services is committed to continuing to improve healthcare services, with the goal of satisfying patients in accordance with the vision of biohealth." We have increased the accessibility of our services in order to fulfill the demands of our patients in terms of healthcare and to continue providing high-quality care during the week and on the weekends, and we have extended the working hours at health centers and dental facilities in order to accommodate a greater number of customers with healthcare needs.
Each and every other outpatient health care center will continue to function in accordance with the hours of operation that they are already utilizing.
In the regions of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra, outpatient services operates a total of 33 multidisciplinary health centers that are equipped with contemporary outpatient facilities, three dentistry centers that specialize in dental care, and 18 screening and preventive health centers that offer screening and Disease Control Services.
There are 207 government schools in the emirate that are providing school health services, and there are also five mobile treatment solutions that are striving to deliver health care using the most recent screening technology throughout the entire emirate, including all of the distant locations.
