The United Arab Emirates issued a new decision addressing the travel system.
In the United Arab Emirates and throughout the region, a system that is the first of its type is now able to quickly follow all judicial enforcement decisions and annul them after the mandatory payment of dues has been made.
A new system for monitoring the status of payments
The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department has implemented a new system that monitors the status of payments. At the point where the responder has finished making the payment, the system will rescind the decision that was initially made. Following the completion of the electronic approval process, this is then sent to the appropriate authorities.
With the implementation of this new system, users will no longer be required to go through the trouble of obtaining documents that are associated with proof of payment and cancellation. It is also ensured that the process is conducted out without any interference from law enforcement officers or judges by doing this.
Use the smart application
Through the use of the smart app, responders have the ability to download a copy of the cancellation decision in the event that travel prohibitions are imposed as a result of outstanding payments. After that, they are able to proceed with the trip procedures and present the digital copy if it is necessary.
On the other hand, in situations where an arrest warrant has been issued because of non-payment or any seizure orders on deposits and bank accounts owing to the failure to pay a particular amount, the responder has the ability to show a tangible copy of the cancellation in order to proceed with removing the decision that was imposed.
Create a digital system
This new method also automatically notifies judges and officers through the digital system that was established internally, in addition to providing updates regarding follow-ups and monitoring on the case of the respondent during the investigation.
