An announcement has been made by the Emirates' Human Resources and Emiratization Department regarding the start of registration for job searchers.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization has made an announcement regarding the opening of the door for citizens to register in the "Teachers" program. This program is designed to develop the cadres of the education sector, and it is being developed in cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Education and the UAE cadres Competitiveness Council (Nafs).

Teachers programme

it explained that the "Teachers" program includes training and specialized programs that are required in the labor market for job seekers, as well as approved professional licensing programs that will qualify them to work in the private education sector. Additionally, the program aims to improve the education process, which is one of the priority sectors of the government of the United Arab Emirates.

Beginning with this year, the initiative will target 1,000 residents annually. It will be separated into four stages, with the ultimate goal of reaching 4,000 citizens by the year 2027.

Administrativeschool and educational professions

Administrative and school professions, as well as educational professions such as teachers of the Arabic language, Islamic education, sociology, and national education, are included in the stages. Additionally, kindergarten and primary teachers, teachers of students with special education needs, educational guidance and guidance specialists, and educational leadership professions are also included in the stages.

The program is geared toward individuals who have earned a bachelor's degree and are interested in teaching and other school-related professions. Additionally, the program is designed to support the secondary school campaign for administrative and auxiliary professions. Those who are interested in enrolling in the program can do so by visiting the "Nafs" platform.

A significant contribution is made by the program to the support of the private education sector in meeting the annual Emiratization targets that are required of it. This is especially true in the event that job contracts are reached with program affiliates or employment contracts that are designed for citizens who are studying.

Education is a sector that is significant, important, and crucial in the process of bringing up generations. It affords them the opportunity to acquire the scientific and intellectual information that enables them to actively contribute to the construction of the future.

The program known as "moallemeen" is geared toward citizens who meet the requirements and are interested in entering the education sector. The goal of this program is to help citizens become effective, capable, and qualified educators who can guide the next generation.

In addition to possessing facilities and institutions that are of the highest quality standards, the private educational sector is distinguished by the specific curricula that it offers on its own.

Creating a pioneering and distinguished educational sector

As part of the nation's efforts to create a leading and distinguished educational sector, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization has confirmed that people who enroll in the "Teachers" program will gain the knowledge that qualifies them to be human builders. This training will be a part of the nation's march toward strengthening the educational sector.

it also emphasized that the education sector is considered to be one of the most influential and important sectors because it is directly related to the process of building the generations that will lead the future. She also mentioned that she is eager to provide professional opportunities for national cadres working within the sector in order to enhance their contribution in the future.

it added:"We look forward to the program achieving its desired goals, and to provide the educational sector in the country with a qualified and distinguished group of citizens teachers whom we look forward to as builders of the future, because they instill our values, concepts and ambitions in the future generation".

A total of five memorandums of understanding have been reached between the UAE cadres Competitiveness Council (Nafs) and the Higher Colleges of technology, the United Arab Emirates University, the University of Sharjah, the Sharjah Education Academy, and the Emirates College for educational development. These memorandums were reached in order to ensure that the program is carried out in accordance with the highest possible standards.

In order to support the education sector in the United Arab Emirates within the framework of the conditions and standards of the programs and initiatives of the "Nafis" program, the MoU aims to enhance cooperation and coordination in order to implement bridging and development programs for administrative professions, teachers' professions, and school professions. Additionally, the MoU aims to raise the level of competitiveness of Emirati cadres.

Aside from qualifying and training Emirati job seekers and providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to work in the education sector, the memorandums of understanding contribute to the enhancement of sustainable career opportunities for them to work in the private sector and the education sector in particular. This is in addition to the fact that they provide them with access to the education sector.

The memorandums stipulate the commitment of the academic authorities to design and implement targeted training programs, according to the training needs identified by the private educational authorities that ensure the empowerment of citizens to fill the targeted jobs, in addition to providing the necessary support to complete the registration procedures, tests, admission, follow-up to individual development plans, and other operational matters.

It is also the responsibility of the academic authorities to provide trainers, laboratories, and workshops for the purpose of implementing the qualifications. This is done with the intention of enhancing the level of knowledge and skills possessed by trainees, as well as ensuring that the quality of the outputs of the qualifications is in accordance with the highest standards.
