New services are being made available to inhabitants of the United Arab Emirates.
the most recent iteration of Abu Dhabi's digital platform, has been introduced by the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE). This platform gives users access to more than 700 services that are provided by more than 30 Abu Dhabi government bodies as well as several private sector players.
According to the most recent update to Tamm, the platform offers customers a total of 33 distinct services that fall under the category of individual services. These services include those that pertain to identity, nationality, residencies, and everything else that is associated with visas and residency services. The goal of this information is to simplify the process for customers and allow them to complete all of their services from a single platform.
This includes twenty-three services that are associated with all transactions pertaining to residency, five services that are associated with citizenship transactions, and five more services that are associated with identifying papers.

Residency statusThe services that are provided for residency include "The Journey to Obtain Golden Residency," nomination for golden residency for residents of Abu Dhabi, issuing a residence visa for family members who are sponsored by a citizen, providing a residence visa for family members who are sponsored by a resident, and amending the residency status. In addition to providing other services, the issuance of a new residency and identity card, a residence permit for domestic workers, the modification of the employment contract for domestic workers, and the adjustment of the status are all included.
The right to citizenship
A sponsorship file can be opened, an Emirates ID can be issued to citizens, an Emirates ID can be renewed for citizens, passports can be issued to citizens or renewed for citizens, and a family book can be issued to married citizens. These are all examples of the services that are provided to citizens.
In addition to the service of verifying information contained on birth certificates, the identity documents service includes the management of birth certificates, the management of birth notifications, the request for an exception for humanitarian instances, and the management of age estimation certificates.
Instantaneous notifications
In addition to notifying users of available discounts and promotions, the new version of the Tamm platform provides advance alerts regarding late payments and urgent issues that require the user's attention or immediate action. These issues include the imminent expiration of the ID card or driver's license, among other things. These alerts save users time, money, and effort. Furthermore, this is in addition to the capability of paying monthly service bills in a quick and simple manner, which is made possible by the live video chat feature, which enables customer support representatives to assist users in finishing their services.
A greater number of features
The new version of Tamm includes features that have been developed with the explicit intention of catering to the requirements of individuals who are determined, those who are elderly, and investors. The purpose of these features is to enhance the experiences of all types of consumers and to encourage the adoption of intelligent digital solutions. This encompasses the care center fleet for home support, the investor lounge, and the VIP Majlis, all of which are examples of Abu Dhabi's efforts to achieve reforms.
Past the scope of government services
In addition to the services provided by the government, Tamm's offering also includes services provided by Etisalat, du, DARB, Salik, and ADNOC, amongst others. This is made possible by the establishment of strategic partnerships. In addition, the redesigned platform incorporates a safe Payment Hub, which gives customers the ability to pay several of their monthly invoices at the same time.
