UAE National Center of Meteorology revealed that today's weather, Friday, is expected to witness a gradual rise in temperatures.
Meteorology also expected it to be generally fair to partly cloudy, with clouds appearing to the east, with the possibility of some cumulonimbus clouds forming in the afternoon, which may be accompanied by rain, in addition to a gradual rise in temperatures.
Meteorology indicated that the weather overnight and Saturday morning will be humid, with the possibility of light fog forming over some coastal and inland areas, Meteorology forecast light to moderate northwesterly to northeasterly winds, active at times, and the sea will have light waves in the Arabian Gulf and in the Sea of Oman.
Meteorology indicated that the weather on Saturday morning will be partly cloudy, with clouds forming east and south that may be cumulus in the afternoon with the possibility of rain, and humid at night, while on Sunday morning light fog may form over some coastal and inland areas, and northeasterly winds will blow, to the southeasterly, light to moderate speed, active at times, and the sea is light to medium waves at times in the Arabian Gulf and light waves in the Sea of Oman.

Reliable sources reported that the Sharjah Advisory Council held an emergency session yesterday, Thursday, at the Council’s headquarters in the city of Sharjah, headed by Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Council. Views were exchanged and effective recommendations and policies that will contribute to enhancing the ability to adapt to future climate shifts and improving crisis and risk management in the emirate were discussed.
The sources added that a number of strategies were discussed that must be followed to address the effects of weather conditions. Members also praised the quick and effective response by the relevant authorities in Sharjah, and the importance of developing advanced precautionary plans that include the use of modern technology in anticipating weather conditions and providing the necessary instructions and warnings was highlighted For citizens and residents.
