Al Mansouri highlighted Sheikh Mohammed's directive to prioritize employment in the government sector for individuals who have gained experience in the private sector over a period of three years. He commended this leadership vision, which seeks to integrate the unique experiences gained in the private sector into the professional behavior of citizens, thereby fostering their participation in the prosperity of the state's economy. Al Mansouri noted that the private sector constitutes a crucial pillar of the economy and emphasized that the activities organized by the council contribute to achieving these goals.
He further emphasized that these initiatives not only offer job opportunities but also aim to build professional pathways tailored to the interests of citizens. Al Mansouri underscored the importance of collaboration and integration of roles among various entities, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the NAFES program, the Dubai Community Development Authority, and Dubai College for Tourism, in addition to the valuable participation of private sector companies.
