These are the requirements for acquiring a visa for a short-term stay in the United Arab Emirates.
Additionally, the GDRFA website listed the rules and restrictions for the short-term visit visa.
1. The passenger shall not be subjected to any restrictions that would prevent him or her from entering the United Arab Emirates.
2. There is a minimum of six months of validity remaining on the passport or other travel document.
3. He or she must hold a visa or green card with a validity period of at least six months, issued by the proper authorities in the United States.
4. He or she must have a resident visa with a validity period of at least six months, issued by the appropriate authorities in the United Kingdom or in countries that are members of the European Union.
